Will keep balloon in visual air space instead of being dragged along the ground.

Two piece cup and stick
The balloon is held ridged in the receivers hand and the printing can be easily be read.

One piece B-loon stick
This equipment allows the same advantages as the above but on a windy site the balloon will still be held firm.

Helium
The slightest air movement will cause the balloon to wave around making the print hard to read.

Two piece cup and stick
On a windy site the top cup has been known to blow off the stick. The balloon, print and effectiveness are lost.

One piece B-loon stick
There are no disadvantages from a marketing point of view to using this system.
